ON-SITE FUELING & COORDINATION
AMS Event Rentals provides complete fueling support for your event—from pre-production through load-out. Our team is on-site before, during, and after your event to keep all equipment fueled and operational. We also ensure rental equipment is returned with its original fuel level.
This approach eliminates marked-up fuel costs. We are fully self-contained with mobile fueling Kubotas, as well as large capacity stationary tanks. We coordinate and supervise all fuel deliveries and work closely with your production team to keep your event running seamlessly.

WATER REFILL STATIONS
When hydration is essential, AMS Event Rentals provides an affordable, eco-friendly alternative to bottled water. Our standalone water refill stations give guests easy access to cold, filtered drinking water while reducing single-use waste.
Designed for high-volume events, our custom refill stations help prevent dehydration and enhance the guest experience. Built for durability and efficiency, they’re ideal for any venue and can be fully branded with a coroplast to incorporate event branding or sponsors.

FANS & MISTING SYSTEMS
AMS Event Rentals provides custom misting solutions designed to keep your event cool and comfortable. Built to your event’s specifications, our misting systems are tailored to fit your layout, power, and crowd needs.
Our misting fans deliver effective cooling—reducing ambient temperatures by up to 25 degrees—without soaking the surrounding environment. Explore our full misting inventory, including hurricane fans, freestanding and barrel misting fans, and truss-mounted misting fans with baseplates.

CABLE RAMP
AMS Event Rentals offers complete cable ramp solutions with over 1,800+ ramps in inventory, including five-channel, single-channel, low-profile, and ADA options. We also provide cable ramp bridges to smooth gaps and increase cable capacity across runs.
Our cable ramp protects equipment and improves site safety, ensuring hazard-free movement for guests and crew. With multiple sizes and configurations available, AMS secures cables for events of any scale.
FLEXTRAMS
Flextrams are proprietary micro-mobility vehicles built for the unique demands of live events. They streamline event flow by keeping guests moving and minimizing crowd congestion. We offer flexible solutions including short-term rentals, turnkey transportation plans, long-term leases, and more.
